	Terry Becker Construction can build all types, but our specialties are mid-range to luxury homes. Prices range from $300,000 - $2,000,0000.
	How long is the building process from start to finish?
	Depending upon the type of home we build for you, the entire construction process can take from 8 months to well over a year on more complex projects.
	Is financing available throughout the construction process?
	Yes, we can arrange construction financing and permanent financing if needed.
	Are there limitations to what type of home is built?
	Yes, there are definitely limitations in the Fargo/Moorhead area that include; topography, soil conditions, and flood situations.
	Where are your homes and lots located, and do you have lots available for sale?
	Currently our homes and lots available for sale in Fargo are located in the Osgood and Martens Way Developments.
	Do you provide design services?
	Yes, with over 30 years experience in the construction industry, we are able to design a new home, a new kitchen, or any type of living space for you and your family.
	Is there a fee for the initial meeting and am I obligated to build with TBC after that first meeting?
	No, there is no fee for the initial meeting and you are not obligated to build with us, but we feel that once you talk with us, and walk through our homes, our products and craftsmanship will speak for itself.
	Is there a standard per square foot cost for homes built by TBC?
	No, there is no standard per square foot cost because no two homes we build are the same. The cost of the home is closely related to the items that are chosen and installed in your home; type of exterior finish, landscaping, and level of interior finish.
	Does TBC only build on property that it owns?
	No, TBC is more than happy to build on any property that you own, or any property that is available for sale.
